All our products are sourced and manufactured here in the United States.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States.

How fast are orders processed?

All orders processed on Monday through Friday by 3 pm EST will be shipped the same day.

Can I change my order?

What if my order comes damaged or gets lost?

If something is wrong with your order, please contact our support department for further assistance. We strongly recommend you insure your order with Route protection, which covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Yes, we do. We currently offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Can I edit my shipping address?

Yes, you can. Please contact our support department before 3 pm EST to change your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
